Trisha Swartzendruber - Founder/Director of CRPC

Trisha Swartzendruber has 26 years experience in performance and dance aiding her in founding Cedar Rapids Performance Company. She has studied under various professional dancers through classes, workshops and conventions. While attending the University of Iowa, Trisha was a member of the Iowa Dance Team. Accomplished in dance and show choir, Trisha has danced in Paris and London and later toured the United States with Dance Caravan “Stars of Tomorrow.” During her high school years at Jefferson High School, she was a prominent member of their show choir, Westside Delegation, under the direction of Peter Eklund and Carol Tralau. In addition to show choir and dance, Trisha is now known for choreographing numerous show choirs in Eastern Iowa, including Cedar Rapids.
Vicky Cichoski - Music Director

Vicky has been with CRPC for eight years as a vocal music director. Vicky is a high school graduate of Washington High School where she was involved in Poms, Concert Choir, Madrigals, Jazz Choir and Momentum. She has her BA in music education from University of Northern Iowa. During the school year she is the music teacher and the drama director at Taft Middle School, where she directs plays, musicals and the talent show along with a show choir and 3 choirs. She also teaches many individual and group voice lessons. Vicky is very involved in her church "Praise Choir" and does many solo performances at weddings. You may have heard her sing the National Anthem at many of the Rough Rider and Kernels Games. Vicky has appeared in many community performances around Cedar Rapids, including "Follies.”
Megan Witte - Dance Director
Megan Witte is a senior at the University of Iowa majoring in Elementary Education. As a Washington High School graduate she was a member of the Dance Team and Show Choir. She attended the University of Northern Iowa and was a member of the UNI Dance Team for two years. After transferring to the University of Iowa she has been teaching dance classes at National Dance Academy for the past two years. Megan is also a dance instructor for the Eastside Arts Academy. She enjoys being able to combine both of her passions, dance and teaching, and looks forward to being part of the Cedar Rapids Performance Company!
